TRaCE 3.0 is a longitudinal cohort study that tracks individuals’ patterns of recovery over time after brain injury and spinal cord injury. Surveys and interviews with participants commenced just prior to discharge from the Princess Alexandra Hospital and extended up to 24 months post-discharge, with the aim of identifying the timing of life stressors, secondary complications, and obstacles to service access, and determining how these affect independence and vocational outcomes and psychological wellbeing.
