Aaron is a highly motivated Allied Health Assistant with twenty-three years of experience across the healthcare continuum, from acute hospital settings to community care and currently in acquired brain injury rehabilitation.
Aaron has been actively engaged in quality improvement (QI) and service development initiatives across multiple departments. He has supported healthcare professionals and nursing staff by assisting with data collection, identifying solutions, and streamlining processes to optimise patient outcomes. Additionally, Aaron has contributed to QI and research projects through the testing and implementation of small-scale changes and initiatives prior to wider deployment.
