Nadia has been a Social Worker for 25 years with clinical experience in both hospital and community-based rehabilitation settings. Nadia is very skilled in complex case management, rehabilitation, multidisciplinary collaboration and system navigation advocating and supporting clients and their carers/families in their transition from hospital to home.

As a Social Worker, Nadia is passionate about compassionate, client-centred practice and with strong Social Justice values advocating for clients to achieve best outcomes as they navigate complex systems. Nadia is excited to be part of the research project team for 'Facilitating Choice and Agency When Cognition is Compromised: Enhancing Self-Advocacy Skills for System Navigation for People with Acquired Brain Injury' which aims to support people with ABI as they transition from hospital to home and support them to build their confidence and build their self-advocacy skills.
