Meet Prof Heidi Muenchberger

Community Science @ Griffith: Associate Professor Heidi Muenchberger's  research area focuses on  Healthy Design: the design of built, social and health environments for people who have chronic and catastrophic injury.  Heidi investigates how we can improve the lives of young people living with chronic and catastrophic injury to determine what works for them and what doesn't  in terms of support, housing environments and health goals to provide an optimal model of care which ensures they are not marganilised on the basis of disability.
