BIBS Symposium 2022

The Hopkins Centre’s sixth annual Better Ideas Bold Solutions symposium #BIBS22 was held virtually on Wednesday 30th November 2022.

This year the symposium showcased 5 years of Hopkins research achievements, outcomes and impacts in exploring bold ideas that can translate into better solutions for the future. The Symposium was also a celebration of the last 5 years of ground-breaking research into rehabilitation and resilience. Attracting over 120 participants from across the country, project presentations reflected Hopkin’s distinctive approach to embedded interdisciplinary research that focuses on practical solutions to challenges that arise across the rehabilitation healthcare continuum.

BIBS22 brought together a wide range of Hopkins collaborative projects, presenting the latest insights and emerging ideas in disability and rehabilitation research in care translations, optimising systems, accessibly, dignified participation, capacity building, innovative rehabilitation technologies and co-design in research. We heard a stimulating mix of presentations from our flagship programs, TRaCE, HabITec and The Dignity Project, as well select seed grant projects, clinician fellowships and audience Q&A forums.

The Hopkins Centre would like to thank all presenters, audience participants, session chairs and host for engaging and tuning into this online event. If you missed out on tuning into the live event, please watch the event recording below or on our YouTube channel.
