Kiley works at the Spinal Outreach Team (SPOT), a statewide interdisciplinary, goal directed, community rehabilitation team. She has worked with SPOT since it started in 1995 and has been involved from initial program design, implementation and evaluation of SPOTs service model, to ongoing service development and research as an integral part of the Queensland Spinal Cord Injuries Service. Kiley's current research is exploring long term outcomes and quality of life following spinal cord injury. This has included examining the impact of secondary health conditions, health service utilization and maintaining participation in life.
