HCQ Consumer Engagement Evaluation
About the Project
The Hopkins Centre and Health Consumers Queensland recently partnered in a study to evaluate the impact and effectiveness that Health Consumers Queensland is having on consumer engagement in Queensland. Researchers from The Hopkins Centre, evaluated feedback from consumers, carers and health services staff on community engagement within a variety of health services.

This knowledge will be beneficial to design more projects that support health services and consumers and carers to work together collaboratively to co-design health care in Queensland. HCQ are fundamental in this work, reliant on facilitating support, capacity, management and nurturing consumer and community networks.
