Model One information & demonstration session

You are invited to attend an Information and Demonstration Session for Model One; a lift-system which offers an alternative to a sling or hoist.

The Model One, designed by Transfer Systems, represents a ‘new approach to transfer’. Its design is based on sound engineering principles – people are lifted from below, offering a completely new transfer experience. Stationary while in use, there is no more rolling resistance to overcome or suspended weight to control during the transfer. This dramatically reduces the physical effort required of the care giver.

Recognising the other physical tasks required of care givers, the Model One is versatile; offering an effective aid to early mobilisation. It also performs other tasks with ease, such as boosting, supporting limbs and turning.

Three demonstration sessions are being offered in Brisbane at Spinal Life Australia on:

  • Tuesday 30 April, from 10:00-11:30 am
  • Tuesday 30 April, from 12:00-1:30 pm
  • Wednesday 01 May, from 3:00-4:30 pm
