Invitations are now open for amateur and professional photographers to submit photographs to the National Injury Insurance Scheme Queensland Photographic Exhibition.
Themed ‘A day in the life of the seriously injured individual’, photographs must positively depict those with serious personal injuries, defined as one of:
Permanent spinal cord injury
Traumatic acquired brain injury
Multiple limb amputations
High-level limb amputation
Permanent injury to the brachial plexus
Severe burns
Permanent legal blindness
Traumatic acquired brain injury
Multiple limb amputations
High-level limb amputation
Permanent injury to the brachial plexus
Severe burns
Permanent legal blindness
We will be awarding category winners of the competition in recognition of their contribution to raising awareness and celebrating all abilities.
