National Pain Week 21-27 July 2025 Day 5

Healthcare and Community Resources and Links for People with Pain
Even though we may feel alone with chronic pain, there are so many other people who can help and can share the load. One in five people has chronic pain - maybe the most common medical condition. Here are some places that you can get some social support and connect with others.

Ways To Wellness - Loneliness - Social Isolation
This ‘social linking’ organisation is only available to people in a certain area of South Brisbane (5km radius around Mt Gravatt). They are lovely people who can often give some suggestions for social/community involvement if you get in touch.

What’s on in Brisbane
Brisbane City Council community page for fun stuff to do and groups to get involved with.
