People with Traumatic Brain Injury and Their Support Networks Invited to Co-Design Fatigue Management Resources
The The Hopkins Centre is calling for people living with traumatic brain injury (TBI), as well as their caregivers and significant others, to take part in an exciting new project focused on improving how fatigue is understood and managed after TBI.
Fatigue is one of the most common and challenging symptoms experienced after a traumatic brain injury, yet many people report limited access to practical, relevant resources. This project 'Fatigue management following traumatic brain injury: co-development of a consensus statement and practical resources' aims to change that by working directly with those who have lived experience.

Researchers are inviting participants to collaborate in a series of online workshops to co-design new fatigue management resources. By bringing together people with TBI and their support networks, the project seeks to ensure that future tools are practical, meaningful, and grounded in real-world experience.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
- Share their experiences of fatigue after TBI
- Contribute ideas for helpful resources and strategies
- Work alongside researchers and others with lived experience
- Help shape tools that could benefit the wider TBI community
The workshops will be conducted online, making it easier for people to participate from home.
This is a valuable opportunity to influence research and resource development in a way that directly reflects the needs of the community.
