Showcasing research expertise and achievements from our flagship projects

The Hopkins Centre is proud to share 5 years of research expertise, acheivements, outcomes and impact of our three flagship programs that underpin the Centre's core research.

As a bold leader in interdisciplinary research, renowned for translating of evidence to policy, practice, service delivery and service development, we set out over the last 5 years to explore bold ideas that can translate into better solutions for the future.

Our three major flagship programs have established and addressed some of the biggest challenges identified over the last five years. They have evolved into a cutting-edge platform for broad scale policy and systemic research endeavours, embedded in practice and a sustainable repository for knowledge and idea generation to solve challenges and improve rehabilitation systems and services.

TRaCE - Trajectories of Rehabilitation across Complex Environments

TRaCE is informing understanding of the rehabilitation continuum through systemic data collection and analysis. Understanding how expectations and experiences differ with rehabilitation pathways and lifetime care funding is critical to personalised pathways for better outcomes.
